The VNFITE application accessing and collecting information of members/users (users) is the basis

for VNFITE to be able to provide services connecting members/users with each other. VNFITE wants

User information that VNFITE can access and/or collect includes but is not limited to:

– Full name

– Date of birth – ID card information / Citizen identification card

– Residential address, place of origin – User contact phone number

– Face Data to verify identification documents - Using Camera TrueDepth (TrueDepth Apis)

– Email address – Information about the access phone/computer device

– Image and video library

Notice: Our app utilizes TrueDepth APIs to provide features such as facial authentication. When

you use these features, we may collect your facial and depth data for the purpose of verifying your

provided identification documents. This data is stored securely on your device and is used to improve

your experience within the app. We will not share this data with any third parties without your

3. Information security policy

When using the website www.vnfite.com.vn and/or VNFITE application, users are obliged to provide

the above information to VNFITE, and/or allow VNFITE to access/collect this information. VNFITE

commits to implementing user information protection policies as follows:

a. Purpose of collecting information

The collection of user information by VNFITE is aimed at the following purposes:

- Authenticate users, analyze user requests to approve the provision of connection services and value-

added services on the VNFITE Application for users and allowing users to use the VNFITE

Application to use the services provided by VNFITE;

VNFITE;

– Provide services that connect users with each other, find partners to develop connection networks

agencies upon request according to the provisions of law;

– To answer users' questions or feedback about any problems users encounter while using the

VNFITE application as well as other services provided by VNFITE or VNFITE's partners;

behalf of VNFITE, capture detailed information about each user to provide necessary, effective

support. promptly when users request;

– VNFITE can provide user information to VNFITE partners such as market research companies,

professional advisors, etc. The provision of this information is absolutely not for commercial or

profiteering purposes but to improve service quality, develop new products and services or to better

evaluate and survey the market for products and services. of VNFITE meets the needs of users.

– VNFITE uses user information to provide to competent state agencies according to the provisions of

law.

c) Information storage time

User information storage period: VNFITE will store user information for a period of 36 months from

the date the user closes the account on the VNFITE application or within 60 months from the date the

providing information to these people to fulfill VNFITE's obligations to users or to improve service

quality. VNFITE commits to inform these subjects about their obligations to protect user information,

including but not limited to the following subjects:

– Managers and employees of VNFITE Company;

– VNFITE partners, including VNFITE parties collaborating on certain events, programs and

activities;

– Advertising service provider;

– Event organizing companies and event sponsors;

– Market research companies;

– Service providers, including, information technology (IT) service providers for infrastructure,

software and development collaboration;

– Professional advisors and external auditors, including legal advisors, financial advisors and

consultants;

– State agencies to comply with legal regulations and requests of state agencies.

f) Edit user information

Users have the right to proactively update and modify their information through the VNFITE

application.

g) Inappropriate user subject

VNFITE only provides services to Vietnamese citizens aged 18 years or older, within the territory of

Vietnam. Therefore, user information who is not a Vietnamese citizen and/or under 18 years old will

not be processed by VNFITE or governed by this user information privacy policy. Users must be

solely responsible for providing the above personal information.

h) Regarding linking with other websites

Users are responsible for protecting their account information and login password on the VNFITE

application. At the same time, VNFITE recommends that users do not provide any information related

to their accounts and passwords on the VNFITE application to other websites, applications, and e-

commerce platforms.

VNFITE is not responsible in case users access unofficial websites or links of VNFITE. In case users

disclose their information and data to these websites or links, the user is fully responsible for the

actions of disclosing their information and data as well as compliance with the privacy policy. at those

websites.

i) Use of Cookies

VNFITE can collect user information through cookie files to better understand user needs and

development trends to be able to provide better services to users.

In case the user does not want cookie files on VNFITE's website to collect user information, the user

can turn off cookies by adjusting the user's internet browser settings to disable, block or turn off
